Philosophy & Approach
At Upper Star Acupuncture, Ruby practices with these set of beliefs:
She believes acupuncture DOES NOT need to hurt in order to be effective.
She believes in the healing capacity and power to change that exists within each individual.
She believes that by creating a calm, supportive, and safe environment for each individual that comes into her clinic is truly the best way to assist in healing.
She believes in giving individual attention to each person to create lifestyle changes and plans specific to their needs that fit into their day-to-day schedule.
She believes that traditional herbal medicine is a great alternative or addition to pharmaceutical medication because it can be used to create herbal formulas specific to each client’s needs, that treat the underlying root cause of disharmony, as well as symptomatic relief.
Having the opportunity to speak with Ruby, not feel pressured to hurry makes for a wonderful environment to heal!
I have seen Ruby over 6 times and each time has been wonderful. She is thorough and takes time to explain. Each acupuncture session has helped me and I feel it is leading me on a path to more health and vitality in my life! The benefits of her suggestions have even helped my son! Thx
Perfect visit. I will definitely be returning. Ruby is amazing.
